My ears must be deceiving me

I shook my head in dismay and I had to ask her to repeat. The her, in this case was the cashier at the local pharmacy. The what, was two fold. One was the price she just gave me for an 8 fl. oz size hand sanitiser. Over $8 CDN!!! The second was when she told me, only 1 per household allowed.

A mixture of shock and disgust passed over my face and I made no move to mask it. She was just the messenger, the fault was not with her. This situation was rife with big corporation trying to profit from a very bad situation.

After the 4th store, I gave up. At the next stop, I bought a bottle of rubbing alcohol!
