Keep your candle burning

It is not easy to keep a candle burning. Especially if placed in the wrong environment. Placed too close to water, there is a chance it could be doused. Placed in windy conditions, it could quickly flicker and go out. Placed under a bed, it could be stifled of oxygen and go out ...or catch the wooden frame on fire and consume it. Someone could even try to cover it or deliberately blow it out. There is always a chance that something could affect your candle. So you always have to keep an eye out for adverse conditions, being ready to move it or if possible to protect it just in case it cannot be moved from the current place. Even in the darkest of nights and in the worst of conditions, it is possible though to keep your candle burning. Strive to keep your candle burning. It may very well be lighting the way...for someone else too. And in case it goes out, don't be alarmed ...just keep some matches on the ready to light it once more ...have a piece of cloth nearby to wipe it dry ...surround it with your body like you are in a protective martial arts stance or a mother hen guarding her chicks. It is your candle ...light it, guard it, keep it burning 💫
