Grab and Aim Your Torch

Remember to check in. In this world where it is so easy to get caught in the loop of busy-busy, rush- rush and superficial, take the time to check in with yourself #self-care, and the wellbeing of those around you #brotherlylove ...Remember to pause and smell the roses (Dahlias are great!!), celebrating small achievements and milestones, not just focusing on the end goal that may seem miles away. Thank you for remembering to show me kindness and I will continue to show kindness too. And even when you are being squeezed by circumstances and you feel showing kindness will be interpreted as a sign of weakness, hold on to that sunshine, let your rays burst forth, a kaleidoscope. Be a torch, aim your light so others can also find the way to their own torch and in so doing together we create a stream of light 😚
